I think you mean, "Kyra Sedgwick", since she's the one married to Kevin Bacon, but I could be wrong. Or maybe I'm missing the joke.
Also, you forced me to Wiki Elie Wiesel, which is a good thing, because I probably should've known who that was.
And the strip was funny.

I think we experienced a collective shockwave on realizing the man's name actually *is* pronounced with a long "a". Thanks for another great cartoon. I'm going to go friend Kevin Bacon now.
