The joke is on all us non-billionaires! 11 trillion dollars in the Hole. Please sir can we have some more health care? NO!
So, maybe, Ralph Nader is right? Just not electable. So. Not right.

Can we now officially call it what it is: the Death Profit debate? It's not about health care or any other kind of care.
