So, disliking public unions ( or not valuing teachers as much as they think we should) somehow corresponds with liking billionaires? How does that work?

How does being against public unions translate to loving billionaires?

Nice cartoon. In my experience teachers, state employees, parents of public-school-attneding children, and, for that matter, chicken-owning gardeners and other hippy types are MUCH better neighbors, and by exention, it may be presumed MUCH better human beings, than cranky right-wing nutjobs. The teachers and whatnot generally try to do something positive in the world and act nicely towards others around them, while the nutjobs stay inside their houses, put up signs saying things like "War in Iraq Means Freedom," advertise the fact that they are armed, and generally are pains in the ass to be around because they try to alienate every one in the vicinity. I've never been neighbors with a billionaire so I couldn't comment on that portion of your cartoon. Thanks.

Lloyd, you are a genius. This week's comic strip nails it.

Those people who generally try to do something positive in the world and act nicely towards others around them? That fancy education you got makes you incapable of recognizing them for the destructive force they really are. My gut, and the gut of every REAL American knows that they're obviously a buncha pot-smoking bike-riding muslim-socialist nanny-staters! Wake up!
